Etchu Owara
The Etchu Owara has
been handed down over more than 300 years in Yatsuo, a village nestled
between the mountains in the southwest part of Toyama City. Visitors are
enchanted by the dreamlike atmosphere as men and women dressed in matching
kimono dance to the lyrical and plaintive music as they move
through the village.

Kokiriko
Kokiriko is said to
be the oldest folk song in Japan and has been preserved through the centuries
